PAINT FINISHES

 
 

1. STONEWARE

100% natural paint and aggregate finish. Gently dusted in cristobalite sand making for the organic, matte, and slightly mottled finish of unglazed stoneware.

2. EROSE CLAY

clay treatment. striped and scored. seen here and recommended in Portola Paint’s In the Navy Roman Clay.

*Pairs nicely with Tapestry #9 and baseboards in Benjamin Moore’s White Opulence Advance.

 
 
 

3. SPONGE PAINTING

So unlike your grandmother’s sponge painting, we don’t even use sponges. Seen here in Malachite, this finish boasts some 8 layers of meticulous and fine stippling + bone black and black mica pigmented gloss topcoat (also stippled).

4. CLAY PLASTER

Non-toxic, natural paint and plaster alternative applied with a trowel to effect hard, stone-like texture and movement. + Clay releases negative ions into the air to counter electromagnetic radiation from TVs, computers, and cellphones. Healthy and so pretty.

5. LIME WASH

Non-toxic, mineral-based Lime Wash is applied with a big fat brush for a soft, blooming finish that left unsealed, will patina with time. Dries matte. Looks like suede. + Lime Wash’s high pH arms walls with antibacterial and hypoallergenic SUPER power properties.

6. NATURAL TRIM TREATMENT

Naturally pigmented, beeswax-based wood stain treatment can be custom colored to suit your mood. Applied into (not over) raw wood.

*Sold in several batch colors and sizes in our SUPERmarché.
